目的探讨天花粉蛋白抗肿瘤的机制,为天花粉蛋白在抗肿瘤方面的应用提供理论依据。方法采用流程式细胞仪检测结肠癌细胞株SW-1116凋亡。结果50!mol/L、100"mol/L、200#mol/L天花粉蛋白能够诱导结肠癌细胞株SW-1116凋亡,凋亡率与剂量呈正相关,SW-1116的凋亡随药物浓度及作用时间变化,细胞周期分布呈现G1期细胞比例逐渐增高,并出现典型的凋亡峰。结论天花粉蛋白能诱导结肠癌细胞凋亡,并明显抑制癌细胞增殖,具有抗肿瘤作用。
Objective To investigate the anti-tumor mechanism of trichosanthin and provide a theoretical basis for the application of trichosanthin in the anti-tumor application. Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the apoptosis of colon cancer cell line SW-1116. Results Apoptosis of colon cancer cell line SW-1116 was induced by 50 mol / L, 100 mol mol / L and 200 mol / L trichosanthin, and the apoptosis rate was positively correlated with the dosage. The apoptosis of SW- And the change of action time, the cell cycle distribution showed that the proportion of G1 phase cells gradually increased, and typical apoptotic peak appeared.Conclusion TCS can induce apoptosis of colon cancer cells and significantly inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells with anti-tumor effect.
