目的观察蚊虫刺叮指数,研究室外大面积快速控制蚊虫刺叮的方法。方法在室外林区和非林区区域分别用人诱法观察15 min蚊虫刺叮数,对森林区域用热烟雾灭蚊,对室外非森林区域用超低容量喷雾灭蚊。结果蚊虫的刺叮状况白天和晚上均有活动,以早晨和傍晚时分活动为盛,后者高于前者。蚊虫刺叮指数森林区域最高达44次/15 min,全天平均36.50次/15 min;室外非森林区域最高18次/15 min,全天平均14.50次/15 min。森林区域用热烟雾灭蚊1~3 d后蚊虫刺叮指数下降率控制在66.44%~97.26%;室外非森林区域用超低容量喷雾灭蚊1 d后蚊虫刺叮指数下降率为62.07%。结论该地区蚊虫刺叮频率较高,热烟雾灭蚊应隔2~3 d后再进行,超低容量喷雾灭蚊应隔天再进行,喷药时间应为傍晚蚊虫刺叮最高峰时间。
Objective To observe the index of mosquito bite and to study the method of rapid control of mosquito bite outside a large area. Methods Fifteen minutes of mosquitoes were observed in the outdoor and non-forest areas respectively. Mosquitoes in the forest area were disinfected with hot smoke and mosquitoes were sprayed in outdoor non-forest areas with ultra-low volume spray. Results Mosquitoes bite bites both day and night activity, in the morning and evening activities as Sheng, the latter is higher than the former. The mosquito bite index was up to 44 times per 15 minutes in the forest area, with an average of 36.50 times / 15 minutes in the whole day and 18 times / 15 minutes in the outdoor non-forest area with an average of 14.50 times / 15 minutes in the whole day. The declining rate of mosquito bite index was 66.44% ~ 97.26% after 1 ~ 3 d of mosquito in forest area. The declining rate of mosquito bite index was 62.07% after 1 d in outdoor non-forest area. Conclusion The frequency of mosquito bites is high in this area. The mosquito should be separated after 2 ~ 3 days. The ultra-low volume spray mosquito should be carried on the next day. The spraying time should be the peak time of mosquito bites in the evening.
