对水提取绞股蓝超微粉总皂苷的工艺条件进行了研究。在提取过程中,通过单因素试验分析了粉碎度、浸提温度、浸提时间和固液比对提取率的影响。并通过正交试验,对乙醇提取绞股蓝超微粉总皂苷的工艺条件进行了优化。试验表明,最佳提取工艺条件为绞股蓝粉碎粒度D503.03μm,料液比(g∶mL)1∶15,提取时间30min,提取温度70℃,绞股蓝总皂苷提取率为4.35%。
The technological conditions of extracting gypenosides from gypenosides were studied. In the extraction process, through the single factor test analyzed the impact of the degree of grinding, extraction temperature, extraction time and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction rate. Through orthogonal test, the technological conditions of ethanol extraction of gypenosides were optimized. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were grit size of G355, the ratio of material to liquid (g: mL) 1:15, the extraction time of 30 min and the extraction temperature of 70 ℃. The extraction rate of gypenosides was 4.35%.
