我们倡导企业注重竞争情报,向企业推广竞争情报,企业也确实需要竞争情报。但企业竞争情报的发展依然不如人意。不然就不会出现“竞争情报是皇帝的新衣”、“企业竞争情报是不是穷途末路了”的争论了。作为一个企业竞争情报实际工作者和推广者,我想就自己在向企业推广竞争情报的实践中遇到的问题进行一些探讨。企业导入竞争情报时的一个问题在为企业构建竞争情报体系或者为其提供咨询的时候,我常常遇到的问题
