德育是学校实施素质教育的重要组成部分。它贯穿于学校教育教学的全过程和学生日常生活的各个方面,德育对学生健康成长和学校工作起着导向、动力和保证的作用。德育也是班级管理的灵魂,贯穿于班级管理的全过程。德育教育工作既是班主任工作的基本内容,又是其工作的重要保证,一个班级管理的成效与班主任工作中德育教育渗透是否做到位有很大关系。我们做好了德育教育,学生就会有一颗健康快乐、积极向上的心。班级的日常管理工作就会变得,就能达到事半功倍的效果。
