目的 从麻风树籽的提取物中研究开发出一种具有良好防护效果的预防日本血吸虫感染的植物防护剂。方法 防蚴灵防护剂是以麻风树籽为原料 ,采取提取、浓缩和生物技术研制出的新型植物防护剂。并在实验室内进行了防蚴灵直接杀尾蚴试验、防止血吸虫尾蚴感染小白鼠实验与生物毒性试验 ;采用“双盲法”随机选择鄂州市芦洲村第 2组的 3 6人作为实验组 ,第 3组的 2 8人作为对照组 ,观察其现场预防人群感染血吸虫的防护效果。结果 防蚴灵防护剂防止血吸虫尾蚴感染小白鼠保护率为 10 0 % ;对大鼠急性经口、皮 L D50 雌、雄分别均大于 5 0 0 0 m g· kg- 1和 2 0 0 0 m g·kg- 1 。实验组与对照组人群感染率分别为 0、2 1.43 % ,现场预防保护率为 10 0 %。结论 防蚴灵杀血吸虫尾蚴效果好 ,显效时间快 ,持续时间长。防蚴灵的研制成功为控制血吸虫病流行提供了新武器 ,将有着极为现实的防治意义

Results The protective effect of anti-cercariae protective agent against cercariae infected by cercariae was 100%. The acute oral and dermal L D50 of female and male were greater than 500 mg · kg-1 and 200 mg respectively Kg-1. The infection rates of experimental group and control group were 0,2 1.43% respectively, and the on-site prevention and protection rate was 100%. Conclusion Anti-lacunar anti-schistosomula cercariae effect, effective time, long duration. The successful development of anti-clenbuterol to control the epidemic of schistosomiasis has provided a new weapon, will have a very realistic sense of prevention and treatment
