建立了C18吸附提取(sorbent extraction)和固体表面时间分辨荧光(time resolved luminescence,TRL)技术,用于快速测定牛肉组织中丹诺沙星的残留量。将涂有C18吸附剂的玻璃片浸入除脂的组织匀浆液中提取和富集30 min后,浸入TRL反应试液中反应6 min,取出干燥后采用铽敏化发光技术(terbium-sensitized luminescence,TSL)在C18玻璃片表面直接进行荧光测定,激发光和发射光波长为273 nm和546 nm。丹诺沙星在0~1 000 ng/g范围内线性良好。采用本法测定48个盲样(添加浓度为0~1 000 ng/g),其中45个样品的测定结果正确,3个样品结果为假阳性。
A C18 sorbent extraction and time resolved luminescence (TRL) technique were established for the rapid determination of residues of danofloxacin in beef tissues. The glass plate coated with C18 adsorbent was immersed in the degreased tissue homogenate for 30 min and then immersed in TRL reaction solution for 6 min. After removal of the plate, the plate was dried and treated with terbium-sensitized luminescence (terbium-sensitized luminescence, TSL) directly on the C18 glass surface fluorescence measurement, excitation and emission wavelengths of 273 nm and 546 nm. The performance of the danofloxacin was linear over the range of 0-1 000 ng / g. Forty-eight blind samples (0-1 000 ng / g) were determined by this method, of which 45 samples were correct and 3 samples were false-positive.
