个训活动主要是对特殊儿童进行的有效的教学与评估的活动方式,被特殊教育机构及特殊儿童家庭广泛使用。主要参与人员包括主教教师、助教教师和特殊儿童,三方之间的协作关系是影响个训活动效果的关键。本研究主要强调主教教师和助教教师的课堂协作问题,包括他们各自的角色定位问题、课堂中的协作问题以及新型协作关系等问题。
Training activities are mainly effective teaching and evaluation activities for special children. They are widely used by special education institutions and special children’s families. The main participants include bishop teachers, teaching assistants and special children. The cooperation among the three parties is the key to the effect of training activities. This study mainly focuses on classroom collaboration between bishop teachers and TA teachers, including their respective role orientation issues, classroom collaboration issues, and new collaborative relationships.
