为建立一种简单、快速测定野蔷薇果中黄酮类化合物含量的反相液相色谱方法。利用甲醇、异丙醇和水以一定比例1mL/min流速梯度洗脱,360nm波长检测,芦丁和槲皮素在4min内即可达到基线分离。经与标准品对照,野蔷薇果中含有芦丁和槲皮素,含量分别为17.7、94.7μg/gmd。芦丁和槲皮素回收率较好,分别为95.6%和97.3%;相对标准偏差均小于5%,方法重复性较好。本法可用于野蔷薇果中黄酮类化合物的快速分析检测。
In order to establish a simple and rapid RP-HPLC method for the determination of flavonoids in briar rose. Using methanol, isopropanol and water to a certain rate of 1mL / min flow rate gradient elution, 360nm wavelength detection, rutin and quercetin in 4min to achieve baseline separation. Compared with the standard product, the briar contained rutin and quercetin, the contents were 17.7 and 94.7 μg / gmd respectively. The recoveries of rutin and quercetin were 95.6% and 97.3%, respectively. The relative standard deviations were all less than 5%. The repeatability of the method was good. This method can be used for the rapid analysis and detection of flavonoids in briar.
