Fusarium wilt is one of the main diseases of tomato and seriously affects the yield and quality of tomato. The susceptible tomato Moneymaker and disease-resistant tomato LA1221 were used as experimental materials to compare the O 2 production rate, malondialdehyde (MDA) content and peroxidase (POD), superoxide dismutase Dismutase (SOD) activity changes. The results showed that the peak value of O 2 · generation rate was earlier and higher, the content of MDA was higher and the POD activity increased more rapidly than that of the susceptible variety O 2 ·. Bacteria control. Revealing the possible regulatory mechanisms of resistance and susceptible tomato strains under the stress of pathogenic bacteria and laying the foundation for further research on tomato resistant breeding.
