Objective To investigate the status of CD4 + CD25high regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of patients with breast cancer and its clinical significance. Methods CD4 (superscript +) CD25high regulatory T cells (PBMC) and functional molecular marker T lymphocyte associated antigen-4 (CTLA-4) in peripheral blood of 46 breast cancer patients and 29 healthy controls were detected by flow cytometry And forked / winged helical transcription factor 3 (FoxP3). Results The numbers of CD4 + CD25 + FoxP3 regulatory T cells in peripheral blood were significantly increased (P <0.01), and the levels of CD4 + CD25highT regulatory cells and CD4 + CTLA-4T cells in breast cancer group were significantly increased as compared with healthy controls (all P <0.05) . Conclusion CD4 + CD25high regulation of primed / wing-like helical transcription factor 3 cells may play an important role in the development of breast cancer. It is necessary to do a large sample study for further study.
