虚拟社区的兴起使其成为了重要的知识共享平台,虚拟社区中的知识共享也成为研究热点。本文以SNS虚拟社区中个体隐形知识共享为研究对象,首先分析SNS的特点,在此基础上总结SNS虚拟社区知识共享的途径。然后结合传统的隐形知识共享,重点讨论SNS虚拟社区中隐形知识的显化、传递和激励与保障机制,促进对虚拟社区隐形知识的理解,为虚拟社区隐形知识共享研究提供借鉴。
The rise of virtual community has made it become an important platform for knowledge sharing, and knowledge sharing in virtual community has also become a research hotspot. This paper takes individual invisible knowledge sharing in SNS virtual community as the research object, first analyzes the characteristics of SNS, and then sums up the ways of SNS virtual community knowledge sharing. Then, combining with the traditional invisible knowledge sharing, this paper focuses on the display, transmission, incentive and guarantee mechanisms of invisible knowledge in SNS virtual communities, and promotes the understanding of the invisible knowledge in virtual communities, which provides reference for the invisible knowledge sharing in virtual communities.
