由于放射免疫技术的发展解决了对下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴(PHAA)功能研究中的两大难题:检查各有关激素的方法的特异性和敏感性。因而得以检出变动少至微微克(pg)水平的不同激素浓度,使对PHAA的生理和病理的研究向前推进了一大步。本文拟着重阐述对肾上腺皮质网状带及束状带功能的放免检查。因球状带的调节主要受控于肾素-血管紧张素系统,与PHAA关系相对较少,故不拟叙述。
Due to the development of radioimmunoassay technology, two major problems in the study of hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis (PHAA) function have been solved: the specificity and sensitivity of each hormone-related assay were examined. The ability to detect varying hormone concentrations from as little as pg levels has taken a major step forward in the study of the physiology and pathology of PHAA. This article focuses on the adrenal cortex reticular band and fascia function of the radio-test. Due to the adjustment of the spherical band is mainly controlled by the renin - angiotensin system, the relationship with the PHAA is relatively small, it is not intended to be described.
