集中或线型荷载作用下钢筋混凝土楼板的荷载分布试验研究

本文对装配式钢筋混凝土槽形板板组和1∶2.5单向平板板件进行了加荷试验,取得了七个板组和十一块板件在集中或线型荷载作用下的实测资料。其板组之板肋荷载分配系数可按弹性支承连梁理论计算之,因计算结果与试验值较为吻合。在此基础上,列出了无面层及有面层板组之板肋分配系数。从平板板件实测结果可见,过去国内外规范、论文中规定的平板荷载分布计算宽度b值都比试验值小很多。本文从弹性理论出发,对试验板件进行了多种计算,认为b值亦可增大,且根据板内应力之分布具有弹性影响场的特点,建议单向平板在集中荷载作用下的b值公式应采用二次抛物曲线表达之;在线型荷载作用下,b值仍可按提高参数后的直线公式计算。本文于今年一月在北京召开的“工业与民用建筑结构荷载规范审查会议”上汇报过,现只作了少量增修。 In this paper, the loading test of prefabricated reinforced concrete slab plate group and 1:2.5 one-way slab plate was carried out, and the measured data of seven slab groups and eleven slabs under concentrated or linear loads were obtained. The plate rib load distribution coefficient of plate group can be calculated according to the theory of elastic supporting coupling beams, because the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental values. On this basis, the board rib distribution coefficients for no-face and face-wall boards are listed. It can be seen from the measured results of the flat plate pieces that the breadth of the calculated distribution width b of the flat plate load specified in the past domestic and foreign specifications and papers is much smaller than the experimental value. In this paper, starting from the theory of elasticity, a variety of calculations are performed on the test plate. It is considered that the value of b can also be increased. According to the characteristics of the elastic field, the distribution of stress in the plate is suggested. It is suggested that the b value of the unidirectional plate under concentrated load. The formula should be expressed by the quadratic parabolic curve; under the online load, the b value can still be calculated by the linear formula after the parameter is increased. This article was reported in Beijing in January this year on the “Review Conference on Industrial and Civil Building Structural Load Regulations”. Only minor improvements have been made.
