日本东京都世田谷区开发了商品名称为的FC-3000型无损非接触式的铸件内部缺陷检查装置(见图示)。 本装置采用独立的磁传感器,能快速检查铸铁、铸钢件和压铸件的内、外部缺陷。磁传感器将磁力线通过被检查的产品,从返回磁力线总量的对比来判断是否良好。该装置除能判断铸铁、铸钢件中小至直径φ1mm的内部缺陷、伤痕、裂纹等以外,还能判断含C量的多少。其主要特征如下:①能检查出铸件表面深30mm、直径φ3mm的空洞。②设有自动开关和手动开关。③测定结果可用数据和波形表示。④测定的表格和数据可以
Japan’s Kita-ku, Setagaya-ku developed FC-3000 non-destructive non-contact casting internal defect inspection device (see illustration). The device uses a separate magnetic sensor, can quickly check the cast iron, steel castings and die casting internal and external defects. The magnetic sensor passes the magnetic line through the product being inspected and determines whether it is good or not by comparing the total amount of magnetic lines returned.
