教育及教学改革的根本目的是为了提高人才培养的质量。通过梳理常熟理工学院日语系人才培养方案的制定过程、课程的分类以及对薄弱课程如何进行教学方面的改革,探讨在应用型大学建设下人才培养的创新。
The fundamental purpose of education and teaching reform is to improve the quality of personnel training. Through combing the process of formulating the Japanese language program of Changshu Institute of Technology, classifying the curriculum and how to reform the teaching of the weak curriculum, this paper explores the innovation of personnel training in the construction of an applied university.
