文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法对广西高职院校学风建设的现状进行调查,发现在旷课、作弊、教风、教学环境及学习风气等方面的问题是影响学风建设的主要问题,最后提出对策:转变高职院校“重技能教育,轻思想素质教育”的观念,以管理和专业指导促学风;加强师资队伍建设,以教风促学风;以改善教学环境促学风;引导学生形成自我管理能力,以学生党员、优秀学生干部等模范生促学风;活跃校园文化氛围,创建良好的育人环境,充分发挥校园文化对学风建设的积极作用等。
The article investigates the status quo of study style construction in higher vocational colleges in Guangxi by means of literature, questionnaire, interviews and mathematical statistics. It finds that the problems in absenteeism, cheating, teaching style, teaching environment and learning style are the influences on style of study The main problems of construction, and finally put forward countermeasures: to change the concept of “emphasizing skill education and light mind quality education” in higher vocational colleges, and to promote the study style by management and professional guidance; to strengthen the teaching staff construction, Teaching environment and promote learning style; guide students to form self-management capabilities to student party members, outstanding student leaders and other students to promote style of study; active campus culture, create a good environment for educating people, give full play to campus culture on the construction of study style.
