随着公共卫生与基层医疗卫生事业单位收入分配制度改革的日益加深,要在公共卫生与基层医疗卫生事业单位实施绩效工资,充分发挥绩效工资的激励导向作用。作为公益卫生事业单位的血站,在推行工资改革中,全面实行绩效管理,制定了符合自身发展的绩效考核体系。随着卫生事业的发展,血站绩效考核在探索中不断完善,但仍出现了很多问题。基于此,分析血站在绩效考核中出现的问题,并提出合理的改进措施,通过完善绩效考核体系来不断提高血站绩效管理机制,从而实现血站管理的全面提升。

With the development of health care, the performance evaluation of blood stations has been constantly improved in exploration, but many problems still appear. Based on this, the analysis of the blood bank performance problems in the performance appraisal, and put forward reasonable measures to improve through the performance appraisal system to continuously improve blood bank performance management mechanism to achieve an overall increase in blood bank management.
