以16位超低功耗微控制器MSP430F449为硬件基础,使用Labview8.2为上位机软件开发平台,文章设计了一个分布式数据采集系统,由多台下位机对模拟信号进行采集,使用RS485数据通信,结合modbus-RTU通信协议提高了通信可靠性,PC机可对不同位置采集到的数据进行存储、显示及分析,实现了分布式模拟量的实时监测。经实验证明,该系统运行状况良好,具有一定的实用性和通用性。
Based on the 16-bit ultra-low power microcontroller MSP430F449 as the hardware base and Labview8.2 as the host computer software development platform, a distributed data acquisition system is designed in this paper. Multiple subordinate machines collect the analog signals and use RS485 Data communication, combined with modbus-RTU communication protocol to improve communication reliability, PC can store the data collected at different locations, display and analysis, real-time monitoring of distributed analog. The experiment proved that the system is in good condition and has certain practicality and versatility.
