本文分析了环向场系统杂散场形成的几种原因,计算了由于连接线、引线产生的装置固有的杂散场及由于制造和安装公差而带来的附加杂散场。计算结果表明:(1)经补偿后,装置固有的杂散场可低于7高斯,在允许值之内;(2)单组件的加工偏差及系统安装时在环向(φ),极向(θ)和水平方向(r)上的偏差必须分别限制在△φ<0.002弧度;△θ<0.005弧度;△r<0.1厘米。本文未考虑由于倾覆力矩给组件带来的偏差。
This paper analyzes several reasons for the formation of stray fields in a toroidal field system, calculates the stray fields inherent in the devices due to the connection lines and leads, and the additional stray fields due to manufacturing and installation tolerances. The calculation results show that: (1) After the compensation, the inherent stray field of the device can be lower than 7 Gauss, within the allowable value; (2) The processing deviation of single component and the deviation θ) and the horizontal direction (r) must be limited to Δφ <0.002 radians; Δθ <0.005 radians; Δr <0.1 cm, respectively.
