目的分析排卵汤联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征致不孕症的临床疗效。方法选取九江市修水县竹坪乡卫生院2015年6月—2017年1月收治的多囊卵巢综合征致不孕症患者90例,随机分为西医组和中西医组,各45例。西医组患者给予枸橼酸氯米芬治疗,中西医组患者在西医组基础上给予排卵汤治疗。比较两组患者周期排卵率、受孕率,治疗前后睾酮、卵泡刺激素、促黄体激素、子宫内膜厚度及流产、多胎发生率,观察患者不良反应发生情况。结果中西医组患者周期排卵率及受孕率高于西医组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者睾酮、卵泡刺激素、促黄体激素、子宫内膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,中西医组患者睾酮、卵泡刺激素、促黄体激素水平低于西医组,子宫内膜厚度大于西医组(P<0.05)。中西医组患者流产发生率、多胎发生率低于西医组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用排卵汤联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征致不孕症的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者的激素水平,增加子宫内膜厚度,提高周期排卵率及受孕率,降低流产率、多胎发生率,且安全性高。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of ovulation decoction combined with clomiphene citrate in the treatment of infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods Ninety cases of infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome who were admitted to Zhuping Township Health Center of Xiujiang County, Jiujiang from June 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into two groups (n = 45 in each group). Western medicine group patients given clomiphene citrate treatment, Western medicine group patients in the Western medicine group given ovulation soup treatment. The ovulation rate, conception rate, testosterone, follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, endometrial thickness, miscarriage and multiple births before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Observe the incidence of adverse reactions. Results The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of patients in Western medicine group were higher than those in Western medicine group (P <0.05). Before treatment, testosterone, follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone and endometrial thickness had no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). After treatment, testosterone, follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone Lower than Western medicine group, the thickness of endometrium was higher than Western medicine group (P <0.05). In Western medicine group, the incidence of miscarriage and multiple births were lower than those in Western medicine group (P <0.05). Two groups of patients with adverse reactions, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion ovulation decoction combined effect of clomiphene citrate clinical treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome induced infertility exact, can improve the patient’s hormone levels, increase in endometrial thickness, increase ovulation rate and pregnancy rate cycle, reducing abortion Rate, multiple births, and high safety.
