如今世界范围内,男性癌症增加率居世界首位的当属前列腺癌,想要预防前列腺癌,养成健康的饮食习惯非常重要。1.不过度摄入动物型脂肪。富含脂肪的饮食容易给前列腺带来恶劣影响,控制脂肪与盐分摄入、平衡营养的饮食是预防前列腺癌的关键。有研究报告称,牛奶喝得多的人更容易患前列腺癌,在乳制品消耗量大的北欧诸国,前列腺的发病率也较高。建议40岁后的男性尽可能饮用低脂牛奶。
Nowadays worldwide, men’s cancer increase rate ranks first in the world for prostate cancer. To prevent prostate cancer and develop healthy eating habits is very important. 1. Not excessive intake of animal fat. Fat-rich diet is easy to bring adverse effects on the prostate, the control of fat and salt intake, balanced nutrition diet is the key to prevention of prostate cancer. Studies have reported that people who drink more milk are more likely to develop prostate cancer, and prostate cancer rates are higher in North European countries that consume more dairy products. It is recommended that men 40 years old drink low-fat milk as much as possible.
