测量了可见光和近红外区域半透明多碱金属光电阴极的反射率和透射率。由实测数据计算了半透明光电阴极层的厚度和光学常数。利用已求得的光电阴极层厚度和光学常数,比较前照(光从真空端入射)和背照(光从玻璃衬底端入射)的光电发射,考虑到光能在阴极层中的分布,确定了在可见光区域多碱金属光电阴极的光电子平均逸出深度。
The reflectance and the transmittance of the translucent polybasic metal photocathode in the visible and near-infrared regions were measured. The thickness and optical constants of the translucent photocathode were calculated from the measured data. The photoemission of the front light (light incident from the vacuum side) and the backside (light incident from the glass substrate side) was compared with the calculated thickness of the photocathode layer and the optical constants, considering the distribution of light energy in the cathode layer, The average photoelectron escape depth of poly-alkali photocathodes was determined in the visible region.
