一、前言目前,我国汽车的点火系统,无论是触点式传统点火装置,还是半导体点火装置,在汽车运行工况变化时对点火时间的调节,都沿用传统的离心点火提前调节装置和真空点火提前调节装置来完成。这种机械式提前调节装置,由于本身结构的限制,只能进行线性调节,其调节范围又有一定的局限性,因而不可确保发动机在任何工况下均获得最优点火提前角。采用微型计算机控制的点火系统,可以跟踪发动机的运行状况,提供该状态下的最佳点火提前角,确保发动机在任何工况下具有良好的动力性、经济性,降低排气污染,并且还能保证行驶安全和减轻驾驶员的劳动强度。
