目的:对息热静口服液的制备及质量控制方法进行了研究。方法:选择水解、蒸馏的方法分别提取羚羊角、鱼腥草有效成分,采用TLC方法对处方成分进行定性鉴别。结果:本制剂工艺稳定,TLC得到有效分离,专属性强,重现性好。结论:该制剂提取工艺合理,分析方法可靠,快捷,无相互干扰。 Objective: To study the preparation and quality control methods of Xirejing oral liquid. Methods: The methods of hydrolyzation and distillation were used to extract the effective components of horn and Houttuynia respectively. The TLC method was used to qualitatively identify the prescription ingredients. RESULTS: The preparation process was stable, TLC was effectively separated, the specificity was strong, and the reproducibility was good. Conclusion: The extraction process of the preparation is reasonable, the analysis method is reliable and fast, and there is no mutual interference.
