为了探讨人胚胎骨髓基质细胞的生物学特性,我们分别在体外培养人胚胎骨髓基质细胞(FBMSCs)和成人骨髓基质细胞(ABMSCs),在光镜下观察它们各自的细胞形态,集落形态和大小。结果表明:FBMSCs和ABMSCs的CFU-F细胞形态,集落形态,集落数,集落大小均无差异,但从出现小丛,形成集落,集落融合交错成片,到集落完全铺满瓶底,FBMSCs均晚于ABMSCs。表明FBMSCs较ABMSCs更原始幼稚,可能具有更好的支持造血功能。
To investigate the biological characteristics of human embryonic bone marrow stromal cells, we separately cultured human embryonic bone marrow stromal cells (FBMSCs) and adult bone marrow stromal cells (ABMSCs) in vitro and observed their respective cell morphology, colony morphology and size under light microscope. The results showed that there was no difference in CFU-F cell morphology, colony morphology, number of colonies and size of colonies between FBMSCs and ABMSCs. However, FBMSCs and ABMSCs formed clusters and colonies fusion interlacing, Later than ABMSCs. This suggests that FBMSCs are more naive than ABMSCs and may have better support for hematopoiesis.
