建立了描述铸造合金凝固过程补缩机理的数学模型,并应用数学模型对一些铸造方法的补缩效果进行了比较,表明金属型差压铸造是补缩能力最强的一种铸件成型方法.
A mathematic model describing the mechanism of shrinkage during the solidification process of cast alloy was established. The effects of shrinkage of some casting methods were compared by mathematical models. It shows that the die casting method with the strongest filling ability is found in this paper.
