目的:探讨1,6二磷酸果糖(FDP)治疗新生儿窒息致心肌损害的效果。方法:将新生儿窒息并血清心肌酶谱变化的患儿83例随机分为两组,治疗组42例,对照组41例。两组均采用保暖、维持水、电解质平衡、防治感染等综合治疗,治疗组同时加用1,6二磷酸果糖治疗,入院12h内及治疗后查血清心肌酶谱。结果:治疗组和对照组治疗后肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:1,6二磷酸果糖对新生儿窒息致心肌损害有一定预防及治疗作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of fructose 1,6 diphosphate (FDP) on neonatal asphyxia induced myocardial damage. Methods: 83 cases of neonates with asphyxia and changes of serum myocardial enzymes were randomly divided into two groups: 42 cases in the treatment group and 41 cases in the control group. Two groups were used to keep warm, to maintain water, electrolyte balance, prevention and treatment of infection and other comprehensive treatment, the treatment group also added 1,6 diphosphate fructose treatment, within 12h after admission and after treatment, check the serum myocardial enzymes. Results: The difference of creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase (CK) MB and HBDH between the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant (P <0.05 ). CONCLUSION: Fructose 1,6 diphosphate can prevent and treat myocardial damage induced by neonatal asphyxia.
