[目的/意义]在我国加快新型城镇化发展背景下,探究新市民信息能力对城市融入的影响作用,分析城市融入过程中的关键因素,对改进新市民城市融入过程中的服务与管理工作,提升我国城镇化质量都具有重要意义。[方法/过程]以信息能力过程结构理论、社会融入理论、信息分化理论等为基础,并结合新市民信息行为过程特点,构建出新市民信息能力与城市融入结构方程模型和测量模型。以广东省珠三角9个城市作为调研地区进行抽样调查,对新市民信息能力与城市融入测量模型和结构方程模型进行实证分析。[结果/结论]研究结果表明新市民信息能力水平与其城市融入水平之间存在显著正相关关系,提升新市民信息能力水平能有效促进新市民城市融入。新市民信息能力对城市融入影响依次为信息运用能力、信息吸收能力、信息交流能力、信息定位能力和信息获取能力,信息能力影响新市民城市融入的主要因素依次为文化融入、经济融入、地域融入和社会融入。 [Purpose / Significance] Under the background of accelerating the development of new-type urbanization in our country, we explore the effect of new citizens’ information ability on urban integration, analyze the key factors in the process of urban integration, and improve the service and management in the process of new- To enhance the quality of urbanization in our country is of great significance. [Method / Process] Based on the theory of information capability process structure, social integration theory and information differentiation theory, combined with the characteristics of new citizen information behavior process, this paper builds a new citizen information ability and urban integration structural equation model and measurement model. A sample survey was carried out in nine cities in the Pearl River Delta of Guangdong Province as research areas. Empirical analysis was made on the measurement model and structural equation model of newcomers’ information ability and urban integration. [Results / Conclusion] The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between the level of information ability of newcomers and the level of urban integration, and improving the level of information ability of newcomers can effectively promote the integration of newcity and urban areas. The impact of newcomer information ability on city integration is the order of cultural integration, economic integration and geographical integration, which are order of information utilization, information absorption, information exchange, information localization and information acquisition, and information ability. And social integration.
