结合太钢3座高炉操作炉型维护实践,讨论了操作炉型维护在高炉生产稳定运行中的作用。认为高炉开炉后,块状带内衬维护与合理保持软熔带以下渣皮厚度,是维持合理操作炉型的主要工作内容。 Combining with the operation practice of three furnaces in TISCO blast furnace, the role of furnace maintenance in the stable operation of blast furnace was discussed. It is considered that the main work content of maintaining a reasonable operation furnace type is to maintain and properly maintain the thickness of the slag skin below the soft melting zone after the blast furnace is opened.
