名誉作为一种无形资产,给社会主体带来了许多利益。然而,随着社会科技的日益发展,侵犯名誉权的行为越来越多,同时,侵害公民名誉权的行为也是经常的发生,并且名誉权侵权表现形式以及侵权名誉权的行为方式也越来越复杂多样,让人难以认定;由此,给公民的权利造成了侵害,不但使公民的人格尊严受到侵害,精神受到了难以愈合的心灵创伤;而且还间接的造成了公民财产上的损失。所以,针对这种现象,本文主要探讨侵害公民名誉权的法律特征,及侵权行为人应该承担的法律责任;使被侵权人公民或者了解侵权人的侵权行为后,能够更好的维护自己的名誉权。
Reputation as an intangible asset has brought many benefits to the social subject. However, with the continuous development of social science and technology, there are more and more infringement of reputation, and infringement of the reputation of citizens is also frequent. In addition, it indirectly causes property losses to citizens. Therefore, in view of this phenomenon, this article mainly discusses the legal characteristics of infringement on the reputation of citizens, and the legal responsibilities that infringers should bear. After the infringer’s citizens or infringers know the infringement, they can better defend their own reputation right.
