神户制钢加古川厂开展降低烧结波动的研究,将烧结波动定义为风箱温度的变化,研究了烧结厂烧结波动由上道工序的传递现象。得出如下结论:(1)烧结波动呈周期性变化,变化周期为几分钟或十几分钟。(2)通过对波动进行频率分析,证实风箱温度、料线与烧结混合料水分之间的波动传递路线。
