研究了海岛棉7124 [Gossypinm barbadense L.,(AD)2]与早地棉[G.aridum(Rose & Sland.)Skov.,D4]、雷蒙德氏棉[G.raimondii Ulbr.,D5]与拟似棉[G.gossypioides(Ulbr.)Stand.,D6]种间杂种三倍体F_1(2n=3x=39)的花粉母细胞减数分裂中期Ⅰ的染色体行为,结果表明:(1)这三个种间杂种F_1每一细胞染色体平均构型,分别是,13.80Ⅰ+12.10Ⅱ+0.01 Ⅳ,13.02Ⅰ+12.96Ⅱ+0.02Ⅲ和19.01Ⅰ+9.98Ⅱ+0.01Ⅲ;(2)雷蒙德氏棉可能也是海岛棉D染色体组的供体。讨论了这三个D组野生棉与海岛棉的亲缘关系。
The effects of Gossypinm barbadense L., (AD) 2 and G.aridum (Rose & Sland.) Skov., D4], G. raimondii Ulbr. (D5) The results showed that: (1) The chromosome behavior of meiosis metaphase Ⅰ in pollen mother cells of the interspecific hybrid F_1 (2n = 3x = 39) was similar to that of Gossypioides (Ulbr. The average chromosome configuration of each F_1 hybrid was 13.80Ⅰ + 12.10Ⅱ + 0.01 Ⅳ, 13.02Ⅰ + 12.96Ⅱ + 0.02Ⅲ and 19.01Ⅰ + 9.98Ⅱ + 0.01Ⅲ. (2) Desm cotton may also be a donor of the island cotton D genome. Discusses the genetic relationship between these three D groups of wild cotton and sea island cotton.
