探讨健身气功·易筋经教学中合作学习模式下对大学生的认知和身体素质的影响,运用文献资料法、实验法和数理统计法对其影响结果进行分析和研究。结论:健身气功·易筋经教学中合作学习模式优于传统教学模式,主要体现在易筋经十二势动作的掌握、身体素质的提高、教学效果的体现;实验班级经过一个学期的合作学习模式干预后,认知部分在社会行为、自我评价、学习态度、学业成就动机和期末考核情况方面有显著性差异;实践部分在肺活量体重指数、握力、坐位体前屈、单足支撑站立测验和引体向上测试五项指标上有显著性差异。
To explore the influence of Health Qigong and Yi Jin Jing on the cognition and physical fitness of undergraduates under the mode of cooperative learning, and to analyze and study the influence results by means of literature, experiment and mathematical statistics. Conclusions: The cooperative learning model of Health Qigong and Yi Jin Jing is superior to the traditional teaching mode mainly in the mastery of the Yi Jin Jing Twelve Potential Movements, the improvement of the physical quality and the teaching effect. The experimental class after one semester of cooperative learning After intervention, there were significant differences in social behavior, self-evaluation, learning attitude, motivation of academic achievement and final examinations in the cognitive part. In practice, there were significant differences in vital capacity index, grip strength, sitting flexion, Pull-up test five indicators have significant differences.
