通过复频域分析,从理论上提出了一种建立输送管内不可压缩流体动态传送简化模型的方法。仿真结果表明,用本文提出的简化模型能较好地逼近基于偏微分方程的严格模型,且结构简单,易于应用。在催化裂化装置主分馏塔顶部模型的应用结果表明,本方法是可行的。
By complex frequency domain analysis, a method to establish a simplified model of dynamic transmission of incompressible fluid in conveying pipe is proposed theoretically. The simulation results show that the simplified model proposed in this paper can approximate the rigorous model based on partial differential equations well and has a simple structure and easy application. The application of the model on the top of the main fractionator of a FCC unit shows that this method is feasible.
