当前,现代化的大型水利工程建设具有规模大、周期长的特点,且伴随着新工艺、新技术的不断出现,工程呈现出日益复杂的趋势,整个施工过程会由于外界条件的影响而出现各种问题,就需要及时发现并纠正偏差和问题,加强对项目工程造价的控制,保证该项目在建设中能最优化的配置人、财、物资源,从而取得较好的社会效益和投资效益。本文主要分析水利工程造价控制存在的问题及其原因,并提出相应的解决策略。
