大型曲轴的全纤维成形工艺是保证曲轴能够在复杂的应力状态下正常工作的一种有效的工艺方案,由于其成形过程复杂,变形过程的应力场和应变场很难用实验方法确定。本文基于ANSYS工作平台,利用开发的三维有限变形弹塑性有限元程序,模拟了280曲轴的RR法成形过程,得到了不同摩擦条件变形过程的应力场、应变场和载荷位移曲线,为确定合理的成形工艺方案和模具形状及提高成形质量和模具寿命提供了可靠的依据
Large-scale crankshaft fiber forming process is to ensure that the crankshaft can work in complex stress state of an effective process program, due to its complex forming process, the deformation process of the stress field and strain field is difficult to experimentally determine. Based on the ANSYS working platform, the three-dimensional finite element elasto-plastic finite element program was used to simulate the forming process of the 280 crankshaft by the RR method. The stress field, strain field and load displacement curve of different crankshaft deformation process were obtained. Forming process programs and mold shape and improve the forming quality and mold life provides a reliable basis
