目的:探讨脑血管介入医师培训模式改革措施及效果。方法:2015年1月~2016年6月期间,嘉兴市第二医院接受脑血管介入培训的40例医师,根据随机数字法,将其分为对照组(传统培训模式)和观察组(新式培训模式),每组各20例,比较两组培训前后考核成绩、培训时间及科室和患者满意度。结果:与对照组相比,观察组培训后理论知识、操作技能、综合素质考核成绩均明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:新式培训模式能够使脑血管介入医师快速掌握理论知识,提升其操作技能及综合素质。
Objective: To explore the reform measures and effects of training mode of cerebral vascular interventional physicians. Methods: From January 2015 to June 2016, 40 physicians who underwent cerebrovascular intervention training in No.2 Hospital of Jiaxing City were divided into control group (traditional training mode) and observation group (new training mode Mode), 20 cases in each group. The assessment scores, training time, department and patient satisfaction before and after training were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the observation group ’s theoretical knowledge, operational skills and comprehensive quality examination results were significantly improved (P <0.05). Conclusion: The new training mode can make the cerebral vascular intervention physician quickly grasp the theoretical knowledge and improve their operational skills and overall quality.
