目前,以价值为导向的保护是遗产保护领域的共识。本文通过梳理苏州市怡园历史文化街区的历史发展脉络,提出其具有文人聚居、雅集频繁、小型私家园林荟萃等价值特色;基于其历史文化价值,对街区提出“文化特色传承、产业创新拓展、园林继承发扬、民居专业维修、居民合理更新”的规划目标,并将街区特色定位为“四友街区”。同时,从形态保护、业态保护、生态优先、动态控制四个方面提出精致重现街区文化氛围的规划策略,以达到弘扬街区特色文化,继承精细、典雅苏式生活,延续古城文脉的目的。 At present, the value-oriented protection is the consensus in the field of heritage protection.
