党的十四届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于建立社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》,对我国的改革开放和社会主义现代化建设,将产生重大而深远的影响。对于我们印刷业来说,这又是一次机遇和挑战。如何以《决定》精神做指南,开阔思路,求得更快更好的发展,就成为各印刷厂,特别是大中型国有印刷企业需要进一步认真思考和实践的课题。改革开放以来,不少印刷厂在转换机制、自主经营、开放搞活各方面都取得了进展。但是,还不能说印刷企业都已经走出困境。任务不足、效益低、发展困难等难题,仍然在困扰着大多数的印刷企业。能不能找到一条新的出路呢? The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Some Issues Concerning the Establishment of a Socialist Market Economic Structure,” which was passed at the Third Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, will have a profound and far-reaching impact on China’s reform and opening up as well as its socialist modernization drive. For us in the printing industry, this is another opportunity and challenge. How to use the spirit of “decision” as a guide, broaden our thinking and seek faster and better development has become a subject that needs to be further pondered and practiced by various printing companies, especially large and medium state-owned printing enterprises. Since the reform and opening up, many printing houses have made progress in all aspects of the conversion mechanism, self-management and opening up and invigoration. However, it can not be said that printing companies have come out of the woods. Insufficient tasks, low efficiency, difficult development problems, are still plaguing most of the printing business.
