乡村旅游是现代旅游业发展的必然趋势,是目的地可持续发展的必然选择,社区参与乡村旅游对解决乡村“三农问题”有很好的促进作用。本文以社区社区参与乡村的旅游程度低、模式混乱、参与机制不完善等诸多问题为出发点,提出政府驱动、人才培养等健全社区参与乡村旅游的运行机制保障。 Rural tourism is an inevitable trend of the development of modern tourism and an inevitable choice for the sustainable development of the destination. Community participation in rural tourism has a very good role in promoting rural areas and “three rural issues”. Based on the problems of low level of community participation in rural areas, such as low level of tourism, mode chaos and imperfect participation mechanism, this paper puts forward the guarantee mechanism of government-driven and personnel training to improve the operation mechanism of community participation in rural tourism.
