目的：分析民营医院急救站在院外急救中所起的作用。方法分析2009~2013年5年间将鄂州市民营医院鄂州二医院急救站与两家公立医院（鄂州市中心医院、鄂钢医院）的急救站作比较，分析其完成院外急救业务量、急救出车院内反应时间超时及满意度等三方面的情况。结果民营鄂州二医院急救站急救业务量呈逐年上升的态势、急救出车反应快、急救站患者满意度略高于其它急救站。结论具备一定综合救治能力的民营医院参与院外急救，可以成为一支值得信赖的急救力量。“,”Objective To investigate the role of private hospital first-aid station in prehospital emergency. Methods The prehospital emergency service volume, ambulance reaction time-out rate, and satisfaction rating in the period 2009~2013 between the first-aid station of the private hospital—Erzhou Second Hospital and the stations of 2 public hospitals-Erzhou Central Hospital and Hospital of Erzhou Steel Corporation retrospectively. Results During the period 2009~2013, the yearly service volume raising rates and service subject satisfaction degrees of the Erzhou Second Hospital First-aid Station were all significantly higher than those of the other 2 public hospitals (all P<0.05), the ambulance reaction timeout rates of the Erzhou Second Hospital First-aid Station were all significantly lower than those of the other 2 public hospitals (all P<0.05). Conclusion The private hospitals with comprehensive treatment capacity can participate in the pre-hospital emergency care as a reliable emergency power.
