从普通小麦与中间类麦(Th.intermedium)的杂交后代中衍生了抗大麦黄矮病品系,中国的中4就是这样一种品系。对被侵染幼苗病毒积累量测定的结果表明,中4抵抗大麦黄矮病毒(BYDV)的两种不同血清型。普通小麦(2n=42)和中4(2n=56)的F_1杂种有49条染色体,与其亲本相比带毒水平中等。细胞学和分子杂交研究表明:中4BYDV的抗性基因位于中间类麦的E染色体组和X染色体组中的7对非小麦染色体上。
Barley yellow dwarf virus lines were derived from the cross between common wheat and Th. Intermedium, and Zhong 4 in China is such a line. The results of the determination of the accumulation of the infected seedling virus showed that Zhong 4 resisted two different serotypes of the barley yellow dwarf virus (BYDV). There were 49 chromosomes in F1 hybrids of common wheat (2n = 42) and medium 4 (2n = 56), with medium level of poisoning compared with their parents. Cytological and molecular hybridization studies showed that the resistance gene of 4BYDV was located on seven pairs of non-wheat chromosomes in the E chromosome and X chromosomes of the middle wheat.
