目的:观察加味实脾散配合中心静脉导管置管引流治疗顽固性腹水的疗效。方法:40例肝硬化、原发性肝癌、肝转移癌伴顽固性腹水患者采用加味实脾散配合经皮穿刺中心静脉导管置管引流腹水,及常规西药治疗。观察临床疗效。结果:40例中5例肝硬化患者治愈,35例肝癌、肝转移癌患者好转。结论:加味实脾散配合中心静脉导管置管引流治疗顽固性腹水安全、经济、方便、疗效确切,能延长患者生存的时间,提高生存的质量,有良好的推广应用价值。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Jiawei Shi Jian San combined with central venous catheter catheterization on refractory ascites. Methods: 40 cases of liver cirrhosis, primary liver cancer and liver metastasis with refractory ascites were treated with Jiaweisi spleen plus percutaneous central venous catheter drainage ascites and conventional western medicine. Observe the clinical effect. Results: Among the 40 cases, 5 cases of liver cirrhosis were cured and 35 cases of liver cancer and liver metastasis were improved. Conclusion: Jiawei real spleen combined with central venous catheter drainage for the treatment of intractable ascites safe, economical, convenient and effective curative effect, can prolong the survival time of patients, improve the quality of life, have a good promotion and application value.
