时光易逝,岁月如流。转眼间,河南“75· 8”特大洪水灾害已过去30年,但仍记忆犹新, 让人经久不忘。我作为一位长期从事治淮规划工作的老兵,亲历了河南“75·8”抗洪救灾工作,对当时的情景不免思绪万千,并从中吸取了必要的教训,为今后的治淮工作提出了一些设想,供有关领导和同仁参考。
Time flies, years flow. In a blink of an eye, over the past 30 years have passed since the catastrophic flood disaster in Henan Province. However, it is still fresh and memorable. As a veteran who has been engaged in the planning of the Huaihe River for a long time, I witnessed the work of flood fighting and relief in Henan Province. I can not help thinking of the situation at that time and learned the necessary lessons to work for the future Put forward some ideas for reference of the relevant leaders and colleagues.
