目的:研究和探讨新疆紫草对环磷酰胺所致小鼠免疫功能低下的防治作用的影响。方法:以腹腔注射环磷酰胺建立小鼠免疫功能低下模型。随机分为5组:正常组(给予生理盐水0.5 ml)、模型组、新疆紫草高剂量组(16%的新疆紫草水提取物0.5 ml)、中剂量组(8%的新疆紫草水提取物0.5 ml)、低剂量组(4%的新疆紫草水提取物0.5 ml),每组连续灌胃10 d,第11天处死各组小鼠,观察小鼠外周白细胞计数、免疫器官重量、小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖功能(MTT法)及体外抗体形成细胞(溶血空斑实验)。结果:同模型组比较,新疆紫草高、中、低剂量治疗组均可明显提高环磷酰胺所致小鼠外周白细胞计数、鼠免疫器官重量,促进脾淋巴细胞的增殖,增加溶血空斑数。结论:新疆紫草对环磷酰胺所致的小鼠免疫功能低下有预防作用,对体液免疫、细胞免疫等功能都有上调作用。
Objective: To study and explore the effects of Xinjiang Lithospermum on the prevention and treatment of immunosuppression induced by cyclophosphamide in mice. Methods: The mouse model of immune dysfunction was established by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide. They were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal group (administrated with 0.5 ml normal saline), model group, Xinjiang comfrey high-dose group (16% of Xinjiang comfrey water extract 0.5 ml), medium-dose group (8% of Xinjiang vetiver water Extracts (0.5 ml) and low-dose group (4% of Xinjiang comfrey water extract 0.5 ml) were continuously administered for 10 days in each group. All groups of mice were sacrificed on the 11th day to observe peripheral white blood cell counts and immune organ weights. , Mouse spleen lymphocyte proliferation (MTT) and in vitro antibody-forming cells (hemolysis plaque assay). RESULTS: Compared with the model group, the high, middle and low doses of Xinjiang Lithospermum treatment group could significantly increase peripheral leukocyte count, mouse immune organ weight, promote spleen lymphocyte proliferation and increase the number of hemolysis plaques in mice induced by cyclophosphamide. . Conclusion: Xinjiang Lithospermum has a preventive effect on immune function of mice induced by cyclophosphamide, and has an upregulation effect on humoral immunity, cellular immunity and other functions.
