2014 Top Worldwide Landing Platform Remington, Wash. Genghis and Lavendon Group Ltd. have signed a license agreement for Electronic Protection Solutions (also known as SkySiren). The system is designed to alert ground crews when operators on aerial work platforms touch the platform control panel, which stops jib movements in a timely manner and emits audible and visual alarms. The Geely Aerial Work Platforms Operator Protection and Alarm (OPA) system is a retrofit based on Lavendon’s SkySiren technology and can be fitted with any of the Geely or Boom aerial work platforms manufactured after 2002 (OPA )system. At present, the system can only through the after-sales service market matching device, but in the near future will be able to achieve factory-matching installation.
