作者统计了新乡医学院第一附属医院、北京铁路医院和天津市南开医院 1895例经内镜逆行胰胆管造影 (ＥＲＣＰ)和十二指肠乳头切开术 (ＥＳＴ)病历资料 ,发现 434例十二指肠乳头旁憩室 (2 2 3 % )。本文就十二指肠乳头旁憩室对胆胰疾病以及对ＥＲＣＰ和ＥＳＴ等的影响进行探讨。
The author statistics 1895 cases of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) and duodenal papillactomy (EST) medical records data of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College, Beijing Railway Hospital and Tianjin Nankai Hospital and found 434 cases of ten Peripapillary papillary diverticulum (22.3%). In this paper, duodenal papillary diverticulum on biliary and pancreatic disease and the impact of ERCP and EST were discussed.
