利用光学显微镜、SEM及拉伸试验,研究了挤压温度对AZ81镁合金微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,挤压变形后合金发生了动态再结晶,形成了等轴晶粒,晶粒尺寸得到显著细化,合金的力学性能大幅提升。在370~400℃温度区间内,随着挤压温度的升高,合金晶粒粗化,强度和塑性逐渐降低,但仍远高于铸态。当挤压比为32,挤压温度为370℃时,AZ81镁合金可得到细化均匀的组织和良好的力学性能。
The effects of extrusion temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ81 magnesium alloy were studied by optical microscope, SEM and tensile test. The results show that the alloy undergoes dynamic recrystallization after extrusion and forms equiaxed grains. The grain size is remarkably refined, and the mechanical properties of the alloy are greatly improved. In the temperature range from 370 ℃ to 400 ℃, as the extrusion temperature increases, the grain coarsening, the strength and ductility gradually decrease, but still higher than the as-cast state. When the extrusion ratio is 32, extrusion temperature is 370 ℃, AZ81 magnesium alloy can be refined and uniform microstructure and good mechanical properties.
