本文报告了适合基层医院开展自体骨髓移植的时机、采髓、预处理方法。移植后停止化疗的两例ANLL(M_5、M_4)病人,分别无病生存12个月和7个月以上。
This article reports the timing, extraction and pretreatment methods for autologous bone marrow transplantation in primary hospitals. Two patients with ANLL (M_5, M_4) who stopped chemotherapy after transplantation had disease-free survival for 12 months and 7 months respectively.
